Franklin Pierce High School
Franklin Pierce High School is where Union Church gathers on Sunday mornings, but our partnership with the school goes way beyond that. We love finding practical ways to support the students, families, teachers, and staff throughout the year.
Here are a few ways we serve:
- Sponsoring monthly Parent Nights
- Supporting ASB events
- Providing back-to-school meals for faculty and staff
- Organizing campus cleanups
- Jumping in wherever there's a need

Midland Elementary
Midland Elementary is one of eight elementary schools in the Franklin Pierce school district. It has a population of 410 K-5th grade students, of which 76% are economically challenged. Our church partners with Midland in practical and meaningful ways to support students, staff and families throughout the year.
Some of the ways we serve include:
- Caring Closet
- Ice cream parties to encourage reading goals
- Christmas toy and food drives
- Meals for teachers
- Meeting specific needs of students, teachers and families
We’re grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside this school for the second year to make a difference together.

Central Ave Elementary
Central Avenue Elementary is one of eight elementary schools in the Franklin Pierce school district. It has a population of 345 K-5th grade students, of which 61% are economically challenged. Our church partners with Central Avenue in practical and meaningful ways to support students, staff and families throughout the year.
Some of the ways we serve include:
- Field Day
- Ice cream parties to encourage reading goals
- Christmas toy and coat drives
- Meals for teachers
- Meeting specific needs of students, teachers and families
We’re grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside this school for the third year to make a difference together.
Collins elementary
Collins Elementary is one of eight elementary schools in the Franklin Pierce school district. It has a population of 488 PK-5th grade students, of which 57% are economically challenged. This will be the first year our church will partner with Collins in practical and meaningful ways to support students, staff and families throughout the year.
Some of the ways we plan to serve include:
- Recess equipment drive
- Nurse’s closet
- Christmas toy and coat drives|
- Meals for teachers
- Meeting specific needs of students, teachers and families
